An elegant and rare Chinese green tea. This tea is made with tea from pre-Qingming leaves, generally the first pluck of the tea season after the bushes and trees have been dormant through the winter. This results in a smaller, sweeter, and more delicate tea leaf with a beautiful toasty cereal grain, herbaceous, and vegetal flavour and light and creamy texture.
